Our tournament event schedule is as follows:
Saturday – Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, Senior Men’s Doubles, and Senior Women’s Doubles (including beginner brackets)
Sunday – Mixed Doubles and Senior Mixed Doubles (including beginner brackets)
Play may begin as early as 8:00 a.m. We will send out a tentative schedule one week before the event and confirm the final schedule once registration closes. This helps ensure our tournaments run smoothly and without delays. All 4.5 events will start at 8:00 a.m., and all Money Ball events will begin at 1:00 p.m.
Players are eligible to participate in both 4.5 and Money Ball events.

FORMAT (3.0 – 4.5 events)
Teams will play a minimum of 3 matches. The format will be as follows:
– Pool-Play to Single Elimination
– Gold medal match will be best of 3

– Double Elimination Bracket
– 2/3 to 11 in winners bracket
– 1 to 15 in losers bracket
RATINGS
We use DUPR to ensure fair competition. The tournament director reserves the right to move any players who are in the wrong brackets. All scores will be submitted to DUPR.
Register for brackets matching your DUPR rating:
– 3.0 bracket: 3.000–3.499
– 3.5 bracket: 3.500–3.999
– 4.0 bracket: 4.000 – 4.499
– 4.5 bracket: 4.500 – 4.999
Players must stay within their bracket’s range. No exceptions. Bracket adjustments based on DUPR ratings will occur 1 week before registration closes.

***Please note: If you are playing in a doubles event and your partner does not register within 7 days of your registration, you will automatically be moved to the waitlist. Your spot in the main event will NOT be reserved. If both of you are registered and paid, and there is room in the main event, you will be moved back into the main event. If the event has filled in the meantime, you will remain on the waitlist until a spot becomes available.

Refund Policy
Refunds are available for players who withdraw by June 1st. Players will receive a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee.
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after June 1st. This includes players withdrawing due to bracket adjustments resulting from incorrect bracket registration.

Events will need to reach the maximum teams displayed on the event for a full payout, this can range from 8 teams to 16 teams.

There will NOT be any medical personnel on site…plan accordingly.
Minor First Aid kit, and ice for sprains will be on site.
